What's the Delivery Range?
At the moment you read this message, the delivery can cover below districts in Shanghai:
Minhang, Qingpu, Songjiang, Changning, Jingan, Huangpu, Xuhui, Putuo, Hongkou, Yangpu
and part of the areas in Pudong.
How the Meat is Packed for Delivery?
The meat will be packed in butcher papers or foil papers, then kept in an insulated foam
box. They will stay warm getting to the locations.
Do I need to reheat the meat?
Not necessarliy unless you do not eat them right away. You need to reheat the meat if you
have leftovers for a while. In any case, if the temperature drops down, the meat might
need to be reheated.
How do I Reheat the Meat?
If the meat is taken out of a chilled fridge, put the meat in a oven, with a bowl of
water, adjust the oven temperature to 120C, for about 90 min until the meat is tender
and soft. If the meat is not that cold, time can be less than an hour.
