We use four different cuts here: Flap Meat, Top Sirloin Cap, Tri-Tip and Flank Steak. Daily options can be different based on store inventory.

We Cater：
[A.Indoor Office] with Texas Style Smoked Meat and Sides, service fee ¥800 for 2 hours.
[B.Outdoor Open Flame Grilling] with Thick Cut Steak / Roast and Grilled Vegetables and also Texas Style smoked meat and sides, service fee ¥1200 for 4 hours.
Proposed plan will be provided based on budget per person.
